The EKO-JBG2 fire damper is a P and CE-approved damper intended for fire compartmentation or protection against the spread of fire in ventilation installations. The damper is designed in compliance with current regulations. The damper is intended for in-wall installation in fire-containment sections conforming to fire-technical class up to EI 120. The ventilation duct can be left without any fire insulation whatever.
The standard EKO-JBG2 is manufactured of galvanized sheet steel (C2) with damper blades and casing of fire-resistant material. Alternatively, the damper can be made of Zinc Magnesium ZM120 (C4) or stainless steel for a higher corrosivity class.
